AdventNet SNMP Agent for Linux offers an easily deployable agent to monitor the linux systems in a network through SNMP and HTTP consoles. It provides real time information based on the following MIBs

RFC1213-MIB
AdventNet-Linux-MIB
The product also contains a "Manager" software which when run, discovers all the linux systems in the network and displays them as linux nodes when viewed via a web browser. Using the web browser, remote installation of Agents can easily be done.
